We do our best to make you happy shopping with us. Unfortunately, sometimes sad things happen when you are not happy with the item you have received. It can have flaws, damaged during transportation or you can simply don’t like it. Anyway we will be glad to help you. Please, read these instructions carefully.
All refunds will be made to the original form of payment used to purchase the goods.
In all the circumstances the moment you pass the package to the shipper (e.g. to National Post Office) they are responsible for the safety of the parcel till we get it. If the parcel is lost, stolen or the content is crashed we can’t process the refund or accept it for replacement. It will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. That’s why it is client’s responsibility to properly package (and insure the item, if desired).
Shipping fees and return shipping costs to Airsoft Store are not refundable or reimbursed for any reason (unless we shipped you the wrong item).
If you've received an item that doesn’t have defects but you want to return it
It’s ok and can be done within 7 days since you get your order. Contact us first by email

and tell us what items you want to return and why. Customer service will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please, be advised that returned items are shipped at your expense.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (if there is any), with all the accessories, labels and in NEW condition (unused, unworn, clean etc); otherwise a $25.00 fee will be imposed. No exceptions.
All returns that don’t have defects are subject to $10.00 restocking fee.
If you've received an item that you feel is defective
Please, CONTACT US FIRST, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE PRODUCT and DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT. We can help you troubleshoot the problem and if needed we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customer service will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped.
If upon inspection, the item is determined to be defective, a replacement will be shipped free of charge to you. If not, then you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to you.
Any claims regarding quality of goods should be emailed to us within 7 days since you get your parcel.
