How can I place an order?
It’s very simple. If you like some product just click “Add to Cart” and the item will be added to your cart. You can add as much products as you want. When you’re done, process to your cart (click it on the right top corner of the website) and click “Checkout”. You can Sign In, Register or Complete your order without registration. Then you simply fill in the shipping address form, choose shipping and payment method and click “Place order”. You’re done ;)
How can I change shipping address in my order?
If you realized, that you’d made a mistake in your shipping address, please, contact us as soon as possible. If we see your enquiry before the parcel is shipped, we will correct the address. Unfortunately, if the parcel has been already shipped (regardless have you received the tracking number or not) we can't change the address.
In some cases the shipper may contact you to doublecheck the address and you can ask to correct the mistake, but usually the parcel returnes to the sender (Airsoft Store) and you'll have to pay again for delivery.

Yes. All the items listed on this website can be shipped worldwide without any restrictions.
How do I get my order?
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery rates depend on the delivery country, weight of your order and the way you want it to be shipped (regular post or express). When you proceed to checkout and select your country from the list, the system will automatically calculate the cost of delivery.
How long will it take for delivery?
By regular post we ship parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays. EMS parcels are shipped every 1-2 business days. Average transit time from Russia to most countries is about 10-15 business days. Sometimes it may take up to 25 business days.
Please, take into consideration that customs clearance can also cause delays.
How can I trace my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can put this code into official tracking system (e.g. http://www.russianpost.ru/tracking20/) and check the current delivery status of your parcel.
Please note. Usually it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking number to start working. If your parcel just has been shipped, you receive a tracking code, type it in the tracking system and there is no parcel IT’S OK. Wait couple of days and try again.
Why didn’t I get a tracking code?
All tracking codes are usually emailed within 1 business days since dispatch. If you haven’t received the tracking number, please, check your SPAM folder. If there is no letter from us just send us an email and we will be glad to resend the tracking number once again to you.
Questions regarding payment
How can I pay for my order?
At the moment we offer several payment options. While placing an order you can choose the most convenient for you: pay by credit/debit card (we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or by WesternUnion (money transfer).
At any conditions Airsoft Store never collects, stores or processes the payment or sensitive information (including credit card number, date of expiration, CCV etc). All payments are secured and 100% encrypted. Data you type in is directly transferred to the banking payment platform.
Do I have to pay VAT / Sales tax?
We don’t add any additional charges or taxes. There is no sales tax in Russia. Possible additional costs may incur:
- Bank transfer charges;
- Bank commission on currency exchange if your card doesn’t have USD.
