There is a hook&loop closure on the back side of the pouch, due to which it attaches to the platform. The platform can be mounted on any MOLLE compatible equipment. When needed the pouch can be torn off the platform by pulling the noose. To secure the pouch it is encircled by a strap with fastex buckle, which must be unfastened first to use the pouch.
The pouch has well thought-out ergonomics. A two-way zipper allows you to open the pouch both with right or left hand. The pouch can be fully opened, making the content visible and reachable to speed up the reach on necessary medication. There are elastic bands sewn inside to help you to allocate everything properly.
