All items are shipped according with the shipping method the client has chosen while placing an order. Airsoft Store guarantees that every parcel will have an adequate packing that ensures that all items inside won’t be crashed if the parcel is handled in a reasonable manner.
The moment we pass the package to the shipper (e.g. to National Post Office), the shipper is responsible for the safety of the parcel till you get it. If the parcel is lost or stolen we will file a claim and all the reimbursement we get will be transferred to you. If you get the package but the content is crashed it’s your responsibility to file a claim. In any case Airsoft Store is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels since they are passed to the shipper. Reimbursement may not cover all incurred expenses. Parcels are not insured.
If a package is refused or unable to be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will incur any additional carrier charges. This may include charges for return shipping to Airsoft Store and redelivery cost. Airsoft Store is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you do not receive any email response from us with the tracking number of your parcel, please verify that you provided the correct email address and check your spam filter before contacting us.
Airsoft Store is not responsible if you fail to receive or pick up your order timely.
Airsoft Store is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. We never falsify invoices, customs declaration forms as well as any other documents. All such requests will be rejected.
