Convenient modular body armor of light / medium type.
- The vest is very popular among employees of FSB, FSO, GRU, SSO due to its versatility and functionality.
- Skanda body armor is compatible with Granite armor plates of sizes 2 and 3, SAPI / E-SAPI M/L and also Kirasa armor plates, NPO Klass, Atlas and others (armor plates are not included).
- The chest and back panel, as well as the cummerbund are covered with rows of MOLLE webbing, thanks to which the body armor can be equipped with the necessary equipment (pouches, holsters, hydration system, etc.).
- The front panel and the cummerbund are removable, can be replaced with other compatible elements if necessary.
- Plate carrier A-18 Skanda is equipped with a two-sided quick release system, there is an evacuation loop on the back.
- There are Velcro strips (nap) on the inner surface of the plate carrier for attaching shock-absorbing pads.
- There is an administrative pocket on the chest.
- Body armor A-18 Skanda is available in two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Depending on the size chosen, only the waist circumference (cummerbund length) changes! The size of chest and back panels are in both sizes 29x35 cm!
