Professional load out system for machine gunner. It consists of padded shoulder straps that fix to the main belt by steel clamps. Pouches are mounted on the belt. This system is very comfortable, doesn’t hinder movements, allows to move a lot and ventilates perfectly. Wide shoulder straps distribute the pressure from all carried utilities on both shoulders proportionally. There are clamps on the chest that fix lateral (shoulder) straps.
The belt has two parts, one part is wide external tactical belt (padded), the other one is rigid inner belt the length of which can be adjusted up to 135 cm. It closes with strong and reliable fastex buckle. This model can be adjusted to near any body (the shoulder straps’ length can be altered as well). All the pouches that are in standard set can hold different type of military utilities (up to 12 AK magazines) as well as other necessary munitions.
This chest rig "Tornado-A" is made in Russian Federation. All stitches are solid and strong. Dimensions of all pouches meet all standards of Russian machine guns (Kalashnikov or analogues). A lot of attention is given to ergonomics and comfort, for example, mag pouches have eyelet-holes to drain water from pouches, if necessary; on shoulders there are straps for radio set or knife.
Standard set includes:
- 2 double AK mag pouches (M4/M16 magazines can also be placed). Each pouch can hold up to 2 magazines. Total capacity is up to 8 magazines! All pouches close with Velcro and may be secured by the button;
- 1 big utility bag of 7 liters. Closes with Fastex. There are 2 capacious pockets (one on each side of the pouch) that close with Velcro. These pockets can as well hold up to 2 AK magazines or their analogues;
- 2 pockets for smoke and signal grenades or any other munition;
- 2 grenade pouches. Each holds up to 2 grenades;
- Shoulder belt system (suspender);
- Tactical belt;
- Rigid inner belt could be altered up to 135 cm length.
